Open Meditation
Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Join us in the Yoga Barn for an opportunity to meditate in a group in community. Meditating in a with others helps deepen our individual practice.
There will not be anyone leading a meditation. This is an open space for you to practice your meditation with others in a quiet, high frequency container.
All levels welcome.
First class is Thursday, March 30th
