Intro to Qigong

Kim is a certified Qigong Instructor with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. He has been practicing and teaching private, public, and corporate Qigong classes in the greater Austin area since 2006. He has worked extensively with seniors and adults.

Qigong is a Chinese system of self-cultivation designed as a self-help preventative practice to enhance vitality and promote optimum health and longevity. Qigong is easy to learn and can be practiced by anyone at any age. It includes slow deep breathing with gentle slow movements and mental focus.

No experience is required, and benefits can be attained with every practice. Regular qigong exercise will promote health, well-being and longevity.
